This day-retreat is an annual ritual, offered to you as a time to honour the cycles of dreaming, birthing, experiencing, dying, mourning, rebirthing offered by this year. We will spend time in contemplative and cathartic practices all held in a beautiful setting and accompanied by nurturing delicious food.
