 Shivani is an emergent system strategist. Her work is on all things between - connecting insights, people and resources between sectors, disciplines and between siloed positionalities in a system. She draws on wide-ranging experiences as an actuary, academic, entrepreneur, meditator and breathworker to re-imagine compassionate, integrated and whole ways of building institutions, work, stewarding and ways of organising care. She is currently catalysing value-based solutions for maternal and kidney care at Alignd. As Professor of Practice at the University of Johannesburg, she is collaborating on research on generative, trauma-informed models for education.
