A discussion on how art and breath can sustain personal health and improve patient care. The evening will include a discussion on brain health and creativity, and breath, burnout, and resilience. There will be time to experience the art and a breath practice.

This exhibition marks a milestone - celebrating turning 50 for Ela and Kirti. After first meeting in 1993 as first year medical students at the University of Witwatersrand, they developed an instant and sustaining bond.
