The goal of life is to make your heartbeat match the beat of the universe, to match your nature with Nature – Joseph Campbell.
Being a part of nature, we are a part of the rhythms of the the moon, the sun, the oceans, the seasons – all of these within us. Feminine Rhythms change over weeks, months and years and are impacted by biological and emotional changes in each cycle. With these different rhythms came changes in breathing. How do we use breathing to work with these cycles to support differing needs in both ourselves and those we engage with during these times? Dr Ela Manga will share the impact of these changes in rhythm on our body, mind and heart chemistry and how conscious breathing can provide a way to manage these cycles.
