Like the deep roots of an ancient tree, this retreat offers a space to ground yourself in the wisdom of your past, while sowing and nurturing the seeds of your dreams and intentions.

Throughout the day, you’ll be held in quiet moments of breathing, reflective writing, and embodied creative exploration. Beneath the shelter of trees, whose cyclical wisdom reminds us of the beauty in both release and renewal, there will be room for deep rest, nourished by beautiful food prepared with care.
